Balanced and healthy eating patterns are key to looking great, keeping weight down and exercising regularly and to keeping a healthy heart! NO SMOKING!!!!!

Examples of a healthy diet are eating fruits before a meal and drinking fruit juices or fruit drinks with all NATURAL fruit in them, preferably unpasteurized. The pulp is very nourishing. NO SUGAR!!!! NO SHERBET IN THEM!!! PURE FRUIT ONLY! Drink herbal teas instead of coffee to lower the caffeine intake in the mornings, afternoons or after dinner. Manna breads and Ezekiel breads are excellent to eat for fiber! It has NO GLUTEN in it! Find Ezekiel and manna breads at your local Whole Foods, Henry's, Trader Joe's or local grocery stores instead of enriched flour breads!! Eat egg whites with NO or little yolks! Yolks are filled with cholesterol! You can prepare your foods with very little olive oil, or grape seed oil or low fat butter!! Find and eat low fat chesses or soy cheeses! Lots of veggies not overcooked preferably to get all the essential nutrients! For proteins, free range chicken breasts with no MSG!!! All kinds of fish: salmon, halibut, tuna, lobster, crab meat, cod, sea bass, etc. are all healthy fish to eat. If you like to eat red meat, try very lean filet minion or lean turkey meat!! If you MUST have beef, eat lean beef. Beef and other animal meats have a high dosage of SATURATED FATS, THIS MUST BE AVOIDED OR EATEN IN VERY SMALL DOSES. Also the GREATEST source of proteins are; RAW nuts. Such as cashews, almonds, macadamias, pecans, pistachios, sunflower seeds, etc.

As for supplements to take daily (Check with your doc to make sure): Flaxseed oil pills or vitamin E, primrose oil, fish oil are all GREAT FOR YOUR HEART and ARE GREAT FOR THE BLOOD VESSELS AND SKIN!!!
